Some Fish, Some Shrimp, a little taters...and for those "in the know" some Kings Inn tarter sauce.... yep the Family had to wait until I got the perfect shot!:D

I was at Arby's one time and there was a guy with a patch on one eye. Now I always call it Ahhhrrrby's.

you fry the fish TWICE

1st - deep fat fry it

2nd - into the skillet


now - givce use your fry secret Bill, that does look good.

Breading...

Corn Meal
Garlic power
Salt
Course Ground Pepper
Ground Tumeric
Cayenne Pepper

Deep fried once in canola oil.....

Tarter Sauce

1 1/2 cups real mayonaise
1 1/2 cups Miracle whip
1/2 bottle worstechire sauce
1 med yellow onion
1 large Jalepeno pepper

Puree it in a blender

Pour into a bowl that has one tube of curshed saltine crackers

mix it up and put bowl in fridge for 30mins

take out stir and enjoy....

That was for the whole family.... They were saying "c'mon daddy we're hungry" when I was taking the photo....:D
