Time to Give Thanks...

Thanks to a family.

Thanks to a country that constantly tries.

Thanks to an Armed Force that is always there even when we don't think about them.

Thanks to the firemen and police for being there for us.

Thanks to all the people who work hard because its the right thing to do and not just for the money - the teachers, the nurses, the GP docs, the volunteers for the town councels, the nuns and pasters, and all the others that do what they do.

Thanks to all on the 'Bored' for listening, giving great advice, providing great laughs and sharing lives.

Happy Thanksgiving! SmileWavy

I agree.
Thank you very much OW division of the USS Rushmore, and everyone else in the military. and all of our brothers and sisters that protect our rights and freedoms each and every day.

I'm thankful for family, friends, health, my job, being born an American (I realize in that case I am indeed a lucky sperm). I do pretty well, in the top 10-20% of wage earners in America, and I shudder to think that I'm easily in the top 1% of the world.

Happy Thanksgiving to our American friends from your friends in the Great White North!

I see you're in Vancouver. I get up there every couple of months for a couple of my shows. Let's do lunch (or drinks) as they say.

I'm thankful for everything, ultimately... because even the stuff that hurt and/or slapped me around didn't kill me... and we all know that stuff supposedly makes you stronger.

I'm thankful that I live in country that, with all its faults, is still the greatest in the world, and will hopefully someday be even better.

I'm thankful that I can hope that one day my financial situation will improve to the point that I could be able to afford to look around for a half-decent 944 or something else of my choosing and be able to really enjoy driving again. Or that I can find some way to make my financial situation improve.

I'm thankful to have a sweetheart of a wife who loves me in spite of my faults... and who loves to watch college football.
:)

I'm thankful to live in a country where we take for granted the food, shelter, luxuries, and the freedom to enjoy them when the vast majority of humankind go without the basic necessities of life.

Likewise...

I'm thankful for God, my family, our armed forces, and neighbors to the North that don't lob missles over the border.

Happy Turkey Day!

I'm thankful for my family and that I still have a job. Many in Michigan don't and may not as we close out the year.

We laid off 3 employees in another branch today. One lady has a young daughter with cancer.
That sucks.

Yes indeed, we have much to be thankful for.

I'm thankful for the 3 star rating...
