Never seem to get the projects done!

I have a long list of projects that I slowly work on. One of those happened to be my pre-track inspection of Stay Puff for an upcoming track day. Well that went out the window when we decided to do some tide pooling.
A 2 minute drive from the house and here we are

I'm trying to remember which pier in SB has the winch...is that the one at the foot of the Biltmore Hotel?

Gawd I miss SB...

Nice

you can subtly remind the kids that the beautiful coast will go away unless it is protected....

A wise way to spend the day.

Looks like the pier at Carpenteria where crew boats ran personnel and supplies to the oil rigs. Worked there in early 80's.

Yea, tell them "We're all going to die! Global warming is going to destroy the coasts and kill us!"

LOL!

So where do you think the coast is going "away" to?

(Or are you talking about taking away property development rights from those who own ocean front property?)

Best,

Tom

- don't be such a wanker -- take your garbage to the cesspool forum - it was set up just for you

My point: "DByers" posts about some quality time he has spent with his family, but you suggest it should have been a time for political/fear "indoctrination" of his children.

Thanks guys, it was a great day. Lucky for me we have a lot of those. Tomorrow my 3 kids will help with my pre-tech. The oldest helps with brake fluid and oil changes while the other two get tools. Makes for great times in the garage! :)

The pier is actually the Veneco Pier between Haskels and Driftwood that services some platforms. This is just north (actually west) of Sand Piper Golf Course. Some of the best coast line that is still accessible along the central coast.

Hope every ones Thanksgiving was good.
