I had a program on XP that was from the "power toys" list, it was picture resizer, There isn't one for Vista and the XP version won't work, anybody know of a program that works with the new programming, or am I just missing something?

Rick, Power Toys no longer work in Vista. Depending on what you want to do, there may be help. Go to the file, right click and select SEND TO. Pick Mail Recipient. Now you can choose how small you want it.

This is a total PITA for anything other than email, but at least there is a mechanism to help.

you might try this one, its free and I use it in XP to change picture res. Says it will work on Vista

Do you have MS Office? MS Office Picture Manager works well.
