That said, I use 0% for cooking. I never drink milk straight up. In my morning coffee it is 1% or more organic. Black coffee / no milk the rest of the day.

3% and it's organic milk.

I only drink it when it's in lattes and the 3% stuff seems to work best for me.

Or you could buy that chinese melamine flavoured milk.

Bill that is an interesting fact, here in the USA we don't have 3%, only

Skim - 0%
1%
2%
Whole Milk 4%
Half and Half 17%
Heavy Cream 34%

These are all USDA definitions, I happen to know them because they are necessary when computing the final milkfat percentage when you make your own ice cream.

Is Australian milk preserved with the UHT process, e.g. does it require refrigeration or no?
