Nice AR! My father just gave my son (turned 17 today) a nickel-plated 9mm Smith and Wesson Model 59 from 1980 or so. The semi auto pistol has about 20 rounds put through it since my father bought it new. He;s a retired LEO and he wanted his grandson to have one of his pistols. My father just gave me a .45ACP Smith & Wesson 645 in stainless that has only ben fored a few dozen times. The pistols were early Christmas gifts and my son's birthday/Christmas gift.

Hey Art, that is great! I too am retired LEO. My two Son's grew up around a lot of weaponry, and I have just one grandchild, a baby girl, so it will be a few years till she gets any... if we can still have firearms by then??? Should be on GunBroker later in the week. Tony.
