Perfect day for woking in the driveway or on the street in front of your house. Stock up on beer and call up your buddies to see if they want to help. :)

It's Colorado. It will be 72 and sunny tomorrow.

Same weird weather here. Yesterday it was 62 and I was out cutting trails in the woods behind the house. Today, freezing rain then snow and it is 19 degrees out!

I miss a lot of stuff about Colorado, but the cold is not one of them.... ;)

JeremyD 12-15-2008 10:14 AM

A chilly 47 here on Saturday - today back in the high 70's

Now you see, the great thing about that Winnepeg weather is the consistency. The consistency, I tell ya...can't beat it! Colorado is just plain confusing. :)

"This winter weather update brought to you by Crazy Al's Carbon Offset Store"...

Jim, I kept waiting & waiting to see "snow tires". but it just would'nt seem to apply in this case;)

JeremyD 12-15-2008 11:16 AM

How do you get humidity when it's that cold - isn't it snow then? That's crazy there!

haha That's what we say here: "It's cold, but it's a dry cold".

Our friends to the south are experiencing the same kinds of temperatures, but they got hit with a blizzard shutting down I-29

Sadly based on my experience, the 6 deg we had this morning probably felt much colder than the -3 in Denver. I greatly prefer Colorado cold over KS cold, it never feels as bad. -28 on the other hand........damn.

Jim Richards 12-15-2008 12:03 PM

Matt, he's talkin' -28C!!!

onewhippedpuppy 12-15-2008 12:06 PM

-28 degree Celsius = -18.4 degree Fahrenheit

Nevermind, that's downright mild.
