Scrambled IE favorites/icons
 
Somehow, somewhere IE picks up icons for the favorites.

And a lot of the time, they get scambled!

Something has given me upside down USA flags for the Pelican Parts Icons

favicon.ico is the somehow, somewhere. No idea why they would be scrambled, though!

Yep. Although, I don't use Evil-Bay much anymore. Too much fraud and stolen stuff.
