Porsche following Audi, pulls factory team out of ALMS
 
Saw this on another forum I go to. Hopefully, its because they don't want to run the car and not because of financial problems.

This follows Audi's announcement that they will not compete in the series after the 12 Hours of Sebring in March. Porsche's US sales are down something like -50%. I'd think it is financial problems.

Seat pulled out of the BTCC. I think this next year or two is going to be horrible for motor sports.

Not so many folks buying status toys these days, eh? I wonder how Rolex is doing?

But fear not...I'm sure the 4 door Porsche will be a big hit in certain circles.
