It's A Wonderful Life
A little too corny in places (many called it Capra-corn after Director Frank Capra), but I like the scenes at the end with Clarence Odbody, ASC. The one scene when James Stewart runs from what should have been his house with Mary and sticks his face within inches of the camera, eyes filled with terror... great stuff. And it's always hard to keep a dry eye in the final scene.
