What Are You Cooking For Christmas?
We're out tonight for traditional Christmas Dinner at my step son and wife's home to enjoy a nice Christmas Eve with our Grand daughter also.
So on Christmas Day, it'll be my wife and I, so we'll be cooking Pork stuffed with an apple and bread stuffing, with sides of roasted carrots, potatoes and my favorite brussel sproats pan fried with garlic. ![]() No turkey at home for us this year, so what's everyone else cooking? Traditional or something a little different? Merry Christmas and good wishes to you all.

We are half Cajun and live in Southern California. Every year we buy 8-10 dozen tamales from a local Mexican church, and we make two pots of gumbo. Something old, something new..
Never get any complaints btw.

Prime Rib. Except we are having it tomorrow with family at our place. Wife is marinating it for 24 hours, start cooking 6:00 am. Rolls, cheeses, apple pie and ice cream. Nog and wine. A big to do for her. Myself, I am not even allowed in the kitchen. |

Tomorrow an Angus prime rib, with roasted little red potatoes, and steamed fresh green beans. Friday...diet. Merry Christmas everyone!
