The Co. I work for is 'asking' for voluntary layoffs, two weeks a piece in the 1st quarter. So... to make lemonade outa the lemons I'm taking the week of Jan. 18th off. Oh... that just happens to be the week of the 24 hours of Daytona :D . That'll learn em'

As you guys know, I am excited about the possibilities that "labor" in this nation will be respected and leveraged properly for a change. King County government has instituted a measure whereby workers are required to take time off without pay. A day at a time, if they wish, over a period of time. This softens the financial blow and gives folks some family time. My expectation is that all the work that normally would get done.....will still get done.
