Nirvana=crap, IMO.
No offense to Kurt(RIP) and the boys but I never got into their music. I realise there are those who will say they changed music like the Beatles and so on. (Come to think of it, I don't like the Beatles, either.) I respect them for their abilities, though. Foo Fighters I dig and QOTSA rock as well. Dave Grohl is very talented plus he's a nice guy, so I have heard.

Saw Alice In Chains at lolapalozza in around 93. It was outdoors at a drag strip, and they were playing on huge outdoor stage as a thunderstorm rolled in. Amazing.

Wish I would have had the opportunity to see them... I think they are probably one of the best bands that came out of the 90's. +100 Wayne, I like the Beatles and Nirvana music, but I think they were just a wee bit over rated......

I was thinking about it. There was some really drunk joker near us in the crowd. He just keep screaming "Sea of Sorrow!", "Play Sea of Sorrow!". On and on. Finally they played it, and the guy was kind of disappointned he had nothing left to scream about.

Really enjoyed their music - especially the Unplugged disc.
However, my all time favorite AIC song has another of my favorite singers helping out. Like Staley, he has a very recognizable voice, that is fortunately still around. |

![]() Lot of people haven't. Right turn is a relatively unknown gem. You'll be hearing it in your head tomorrow I promise. Great tune to play at home on the acoustic. Trying to copy Staley or Cornell......well....that's not so easy.
