I am thinking about switch servce to AT&T for hi-def television and internet. I currently have COX. What is your opinion and if you have AT&T are you happy with their service?
Thanks, LETITBE |

Are you talking about Uverse or Dish service? I have Uverse for both my TV and internet and am happy overall. In my opinion the DVR playback quality is terrible, some of the HD channels seem to be overly compressed, and when you do have a problem with your service you get routed through someone in India reading a script. What more do you need to know?

got Uverse and dsl through att. I'm a believer. I recently had a service call and it did go the india. The upside was the tech came ontime and fixed the problem in a few hours.

I am going to have U-Verse installed as of the 23rd of this month. Phone, Internet, and TV. Currently I am using DirecTV. I will be saving about $30 bucks a month. That is the reason for the switch.
