Blackberry / Smartphone Use and Work

My place of employment does not currently support the blackberry platform. We use other (far inferior) smartphones. Does anyone know if there is a way for me to get my work email (outlook) synced up with a blackberry absent of having to involve my network administrator?

Thanks,

Yes ....

Go to the support pages of AT&T Wireless. Several different ways to do this. Option 1 is your best alternative. You can NOT do Option 3 without your IT Administrator.
