1. business analyst from the investment services industry (broker/dealers, institutions)

2. senior software/technology-solutions sales from the healthcare industry

Yes, but how much of that is hiring from within? Doing so is a prevalent practice with many new companies, especially with this terrible economy.

I'm not sure, but the link I give is the external one, the one anyone can have access to. I just check our internal one and there is about 250 more posting in it.

I happen to manage a Siemens engineering group and we are looking to hire a couple of engineers. We use all resources in the search: internal and external. Believe it or not, there's been a lack of qualified engineers applying. Seems we get alot of applicants who have no business applying.
