hangover

Sometimes I like to have a few beers. Today isn't going to be very productive.

I'm glad you don't work for me. :p

Ibuprofen, Caffeine, greasy food. 90 minutes you should be ok. And if you haven't already, water water water.

Always works for me. Though I've noticed that along with my decreasing tolerance to alcohol, I'm also less tolerant of what I drink. If I drink more than 2 regular beers I'll have a headache the next day, even though I am by no means drunk. But I can drink 8 Miller Lights and feel fine the next day. Don't even get me started on liquor. Oh, the joys of getting old.

After having had too much alcohol and before you sleep, take some apple cider vinegar (2tbsp in 8oz of water). It's also available in capsule form. Double the dosages if you've had far too much to drink.

If in the morning you still feel bad, dry skin brushing before you bathe to help your body rid itself of toxicity.
