I wonder how well that El Camino would do towing a 911 on a trailer. How much for the CSi?

Can't answer either question. This car lot is cars dealers only auction. I know it will go on sale tomorow at 12 noon EST. Most likely will be watching it ,will post prices.....

BTW while checking BMW found receipt, dated 8/14/08, in amount of 6521.36$ of repaires. Four pages of stuff fixed and previous owner info (telefon includet) :D.

The el camino will tow a 911 with no problem, most likely a 350 w/ a 30 trans. Stick a 700r and EFI in and it's get decent mileage. I'd love to have on.

Jim Richards 01-08-2009 01:17 PM

Chris, I think it's probably a 283 or 327 cid.

G,
Good luck at the sale, the 912 looks nice, decent color, needs some finishes touchs; you could send that one to Europe!

Nice BMW, and nice that it comes with a stick. Actually I like all the cars posted. Nice and clean.

Wanna search auction ? Go here: http://buyer.copart.com/c2/home.html

If that Caprice runs as nice as it looks and there isn't major rot underneath...that is a great deal!

Love the El Camino and M8 also.

Post more pics if you find anything else of interest.

onewhippedpuppy 01-09-2009 11:59 AM

That El Camino is a steal, I've seen those for $10k-15k, assuming it doesn't have any serious hidden rust. 850 is sweet but reportedly a maintenance nightmare.

vash 01-09-2009 12:27 PM

those el caminos look fantastic slammed.

i wish i could, but i would die by my wife's hands.
