It's been a while since I cracked a beer at 10:00am.
Yes, everything tastes better with bacon, the house smells great! |
Great concept but the real question is "who are you pulling for?" Giants or Eagles??
|
mm.. I have my own personal shrine to Stella:

Took care of hubby by cooking a big dinner last night, from which he will have leftovers today - London broil and potatoes au gratin:
Before: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3531/...6ce45dbc31.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3377/...33be508b5a.jpg After: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3356/...a9a2c31195.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3129/...2668551591.jpg The meat was rare/medium-rare, and my hands got too messy slicing it thin (against the grain!) to take any more photos. Served with horseradish & cracked pepper sour cream on the side, and a Caesar salad. NOW - he's all set in front of the TV with leftovers and beer - My plans? Hopping behind the wheel of my 911 and driving the 90 or so miles to Barber Motorsports Park. Once there, I'll get into the passenger seat of a 911 of some description (to be determined, PSDS fleet car, or the GT3 cup car maybe?) and get a nice ride around the track, driven by one of the PSDS instructors (also as yet to be determined - but they're ALL awesome drivers). Woohoo! |

I usually keep one bottle every now and then from memorable nights/occasions, that way when people ask I can tell the story behind this Pepe Lopez or that bottle of Stoli...
This is a picture of the living room of a place I lived once after clearing out the shelves of old bottles: http://photos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-...36288_3721.jpg We were dusting and added up, it was over $5600 worth. I have since moved. :-) |
I was pretty lazy during the morning but finally got motivated to exercise. After that, I've been going back and forth between watching TV and lesson planning. I also have some elk steaks marinating in the fridge that'll be grilled up for dinner. :)

Hopefully going to get a motorcycle to start and takes some pics so my dad can sell some other crap on craigslist.

The Coors was from the first purchase I ever made after turning 21. The Beast 40's are just mementos from summer, I'm slowly replacing them with real booze as I fill the shelf. I drank one every other night for a while, probably 30-40 of them before I got tired of that bit... thank god. And to keep for thread hijacking anymore- My plans for today were to clean my house like hell as people will be over soon, and to go make up the biggest pot I have of Chili... mm. The cleaning house is, unfortunately, only part way done. I've abolished TV, so I don't watch the games anymore. It's one less bill every month. |
Great minds think alike! Chargers just scored, browsing PP and craigslist on my laptop and finishing the morning coffee. A cold Black butte porter is up next with some sirloins getting ready to be grilled.
