Championship Sunday
Anyone else watching the NFC championship game? The Cardinals are looking pretty good. 14-3 Cards with 13:19 left in the 2nd quarter.
Since my beloved Bears are nowhere in sight, I kinda like rooting for the underdog in this one.

Cindy's watching...but I can't get into the games this year. Dunno why, but maybe it's because the teams remaining don't gather in national attention? The teams that only local fans love? I know...I should feel differently about this, but for some reason, I don't... I doubt I'll even bother with the superbowl.

Great game, the Eagles just dropped too many passes, including that one RIGHT in Kevin Curtiss's hands on the last drive. The Eagles also could have ended the game with 4:30 left when the cards went for it on 4th and 1, but couldn't get it done.
Almost a great comeback, but it was a hardfought cards win, congrats to the birds in red. Good luck in the big one- but i think they will need to play much, much better defense than they did today today. The Eagles almost took that one away at the end. |
