Yep. Burbank is virtually smoke free. If the cops see you smoking less than fifty feet beside any structure, you're toast. This includes the sidewalk. And forget about parks. Only allowable place to smoke is in the middle of a parking lot, or your own car.

True. The cops in Hollywood are more concerned with crack smokers.
