Google hacked???

I was on Google this am and at every website there is a warning that site may harm your computer.
And before you ask it wasn't porn sites.
It didn't matter what site you tried to acess the same warning was on every link.
I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer but is it possible someone was able to hack into Google or do they have a hardware issue??

Must have been. I saw it too this morning.

Yup, I saw that on one too.

False alarm. Google was *NOT* hacked. They had some DNS issues that caused what you experienced.

But, yes, it IS possible to hack Google.

I was being lazy & searched youtube. The US site was flagged as harmful but youtube.ca was OK . . . kind of fitting, I thought . . . :D

Kind of ironic that it marked EVERY web site as potentially dangerous since technically they are; just like every driver on the road could be potentially dangerous (doesn't mean they are). So Google wasn’t wrong just overly cautious.

Almost posted this this morning but figured it was my PC.

Oddly I started thinking conspiracy because the search term i used when i started seeing the message was: "Google Analytics dropping transactions". I thought it odd when every sight that had a record of a google failure was deemed "unsafe." What's scary? I couldn't get past the unsafe link.

There is a sandbox for that crap.
