It is not during bad times that I am selling but it may be the best time to do it?

What is this economys going to bottom out on. HOW CAN I TELL WHEN TO SELL THEM?

Better keep on slapping that thing. Don't sell it, please, I beg you!

To sell you need buyers. There aren't any.

Best to sell them before you remove the original packaging - always more valuable in the original box.
Also they tend to bring a premium if you have an original matching pair.
Don't try to 'over restore' either, the original finish is usually more desirable and you can often damage the surface from excessive polishing.

I learned all of this from watching the antiques roadshow.

Aren't there aways buyers for cratch? :confused:
