Computer hard drive question
I have an older desktop computer with a ATA 133 hard drive. Can I use an internal SATA hard drive with this old mother board in anyway, adapter or not. The MB is an ASUS P45BX Or do I return the SATA drivei just bought?

Yes, you can. You'll either need to buy a SATA controller, which is what I would do, or find a SATA/ATA adapter. SATA controllers are cheap enough that I wouldn't bother with anything else.

Well that worked slicker than snot! Just got the SATA PCI controller card, hooked up the new 500G drive which came with cloning software, Old drive onto new, removed old drive and bingo! Like a new computer with the old drive as a backup now, all for under a hundred bucks!!
