What's for Dinner tonight?

Keeping it simple tonight, Chicken Marsala, Roasted Garlic - Mashed potatoes and green beans.

Of coarse some vino rosso, Maybe a Chianti Reserva, Super Tuscan or a Brunello.

Here:

Fig glazed game hens stuffed with sausage & fig cornbread dressing.

Panko crusted brussel sprouts..

Cerveza frio

Maybe a nice Port to finish things off.

Home-made shepherd's pie, made with venison I done caught myself, nicely flavoured with some of my home-made venison-based demi-glas.

That, combined with a nice Australian shiraz (an E&E Black Pepper), a warm fire, and the replay of the 24hrs of Daytona means I'm not moving off the couch for the night.

Smoked habanero BBQ country style spareribs and a wine that will stand up to them, a Terra Noble Carmenere from Chile

Guinness-battered fish tacos, fresh corn tortillas
Spring lettuce w/ white truffle vinaigrette
Start with a simple White Burgundy
Perhaps test our 2007 Pinot Noir
