A Lambo Showed Up
Last New Year's night, a Lambo showed up at our house. Unbelievable! A year later, he's still going strong.

Lambo should have stayed a baby; those little guys are adorable. Seems like a really friendly little guy, probably would make a good (outside) pet.

My husband's name is Rod - so Lamb of Rod was my personal favorite  Second, as it happened, we went out for lamb shish-kabob the night we took him to his new home last year. And this year, we had kibbie for dinner just after we visited him. SHRUG

I have not been able to stop thinking about kibbie since this thread. I made some for my son and I last night.
 We also had tabouli, babagounush, and laban w/cucumbers.

In the above meal, I used up the very last of his burghul (cracked wheat) in the tabbouli and kibbe, and I used his tahini in the hummos. SNIFF!
