fair warning you will probably take a good amount of grief riding that thing.

i know because i scoot to work on a honda 50 in nice weather.

My dad had one sorta like that when he was dealing used cars. My g/f thinks she needs one for on campus but I keep telling her to get a honda so I dont have to drive the 2hrs to go fix it all the time.

Those are not safe with just that one dinky little mirror. You need more rearward visibility. Lots more. And a windscreen, too.
