Hooters need to get their girls out of the 1980s Jazzercise shorts and into something more up to date, like hotpants. I've been saying thing since the mid-1990s.

I'm guessing Hooter's on San Jose Blvd, circa early 90s (based upon Byron's pic)....pulled up to their boat dock more times than I can remember :)
