says it's in lakeland florida.....only an hour from me :D
my guess is also a shifter cart track......there is a pretty heavy cart scene down here :)

I found it. It's really closer to Winter Haven right next to US27 (the road to Sebring).

Maybe one day at lunch I'll go find it.
