just got out of the car wash...
the rollers would get caught in the blade, and rip if off

I've never had a car wash that had you put a baggie over the rear blade. I know that new cars come with them. I just figured the people were too dumb to remove it.

round here the dumbaz clean hand yuppies and soccer moms put them on broken/missing wipers so the arms don't scratch the window. I don't know why there is a rash of bags on rear wipers this time of year but for a while I thought it had something to do with scraping ice off the back window and accidentally breaking the wiper. That theory doesn't hold up though because these are the same fools I see going down the Xway @70mph with just a little bit of windshield cleared.

The snappy car wash that I take my BMUU Touring to have wash during the winter months, put on the plastic bag on the rear wiper. Probably don't want to pay for a wiper arm for a BMUU.
