new daily driver
just got me an upgrade from my 95 Honda Passport. 99 4runnner. power windows, sunroof. leather seats, etc. not bad for $2000. except for dents in hood and rear quarter panel crunch, pretty good shape.

2 grand? damn good deal. how many miles on the odo?
|
Is it 4x4?
|
173k on the odo, same as the Honda, but that doesn't bother me. 2 wheel drive which is better for me. I use an excavator in the dirt, not a truck. it runs great, drives great, everything works and well worth the bucks. if it dies within a year, I'll find another as usual. my f350 has 270k, the one before 399,996 before I parked it, so I'm used to high mileage

man, I was feeling bad about my Grand Prix that I bought when my company car was gone.
It has 165,000 miles and runs great. Just a little rust behind the rear wheel. The car is red so it kinda blends in.:D It's nice to know that not everyone here has new, fancy, shmancy cars for daily drivers. |
this 99 is the newest car I have ever owned actually. I go the opposite way. all but a couple are from 37 to 74

my sis has a 2000 Toy 4runner limited. Baby has 215K on it. Still runs extemely strong though!

I had the kissing cousin to your Passport an ISUZU Rodeo. Only had 78,000 miles on it when I sold it. Would had kept it longer, but the frame started to rust.
