Treadmill Parts - Where to find?
 

Got the wife a Proform treadmill for her bday last year and it is crapping out already. Spent some time on the phone today with tech support and it sounds like the motor controller is bad. The machine will die at random intervals but function fine immediately after (until it dies again).

The machine is about 9 months old and has really only gotten use this winter (Dec-present). Proform/NordicTrac want about $200 for the part and shipping but that is getting close to half the cost of the machine! I did a yahoo search with a couple of part #s and every single page from the search was either a ebay page or one of those pages that has nothing but 'ads' for ebay auctions.

Anyway, is there a place to get these parts? It'll be warm soon but this treadmill has helped me kick smoking and I want to be able to run everyday (not have to wait for spring).
