Question about ground veal
 
I see it costs a lot more than ground hamburger. Does it taste any different?

Veal has a more "neutral" flavor, thats why normally its sauced in its un ground state.
Alot of time ground veal is mixed with ground beef and pork for meatballs.SmileWavy

There should be little, to no fat.

Well I got some and made some hamburgers. You are right on the "neutral" taste. Veal definitely needs more seasoning than other beef!
