Need a bank willing to loan on new const., assisted living.

Posting for my mortgage broker wife:

She has a deal she's trying to get done, here's the particulars:

$1,200,000, new construction, to permanent r/e loan.

Proposed 15 bed assisted living facility.

Probable SBA 7(A) at 90% loan, given leverage requirements.

It's located in Florida panhandle, Nicely, FL

She told me what to write,....this means nothing to me.

Any help would be appreciated!!!
