My lastest ebay transaction
The only reason why i buy stuff on ebay anymore are for the hard to find p-car parts. Well just about a week ago i bought a so called brand new, all aluminum late-style radiator for my early cat. after contacting the guy to confirm it's brand new, and the dimensions i decided to buy it. well it arrived tuesday and after inspections there was sand, and small rocks in the fins, and few places acouple inches long where the fins were bent. I turned it over and found that it was not all aluminum, but had plastic tanks. For the kicker, the whole back side had a fresh coat of black spray paint, just for the foto on the ebay ad. By now i'm a little concerned. So i go to paypal report the pos as fraud, and wait for the seller to contact me... Just about an hour ago the seller contacts me saying he was sorry and it was a goof? He did a full refund and said to keep the one for the trouble.
so needless to say i'm pretty happy, i'm just waiting for the the refund to stop pending then i'll find my self a "New" radiator. He already left positive feedback, should i do the same?

Leave him decent feedback. He was likely trying to pull a scam and you caught him so he just dropped it.
