Harry Kalas - RIP
Condolences to the Philly folk, but he also was the voice of NFL Films.

Died in the booth at noon getting ready for a 3pm game in DC, somehow his broadcast crew made it thru the game. Really a sad day, he was the heart of the Phillies, despite some rough waters in the recent past.

Jeez i've listened to harry call literally thousands of Philly games over the years of my life. 30 years worth of his calls, easily.
Major bummer. ![]() At least the Phillies won the world series one last time for him before he went to see the big manager in the sky. God speed Harry....God speed. |

Truly a broadcasting legend. Had that distinctive voice that we all enjoyed.
