Lowjack and GPS type car alarms
anyone have one of these car alarms if thats what you call them, is there various types and costs, need some feed back, thanks

My brother got a GPS based system for his P-Car.
Don't recall the brand but it was around $250. Easy install and he is happy with it. Re: Lojak, I have heard that the units are installed in a fairly common location and are easy to find. Have no idea whether or not that is true, just what I've heard. Independent verification is suggested. Is your objective to prevent theft or to be able to locate in case of theft?

Own a piece of RDM corp which is located in the UK. They provide GPS systems that can shut the cars electrical system down. They are OEM in Range Rover, Jaguar and Aston Martin.
That system can also be adapted fora "pay for miles" road use tax.
