Any Good Appetite O/C Supresents Available?

Been trying to curb my 'slight' weight gain over the winter and my biggest issue is controlling my hunger late afternoon through the evening. Anyone here have experience with a good over the counter product that won't wind me up?

Thanks......SmileWavy

Don't eat carbs, that will suppress you appetite more than anything.

eat 5-6 smaller meals a day. i think you actually get more food, but having it spread out is how nature intended. you are never hungery again...never really stuffed full either.

i am doing this now. and running. i simply "graze" thru the day.

8 shots of espresso a day seems to work for me.

Makes me a little chatty though.

"The" got it right...watch the Carbs...keep the intake low. Dinking water is also good to keep hydrated. But a piece of cheese or fruit is good to assuage hunger and keep the metabolism stoked so it doesn't shut down into famine mode.

Take it from an abuser...CUT THE CARBS..STOP using processed SUGAR...they WILL KILL YOU. The only way one should consume large amounts of Carbs is if you are physically active from dawn till dusk on a farm someplace.

I'm pretty much already doing the eating thing as described above but I feel the extra 'need' or help to avoid over-eating at dinner and after........

When I went through weight loss after child I had a trainer suggest drinking a diet soda before lunch and dinner. No Calories and the carbonation fills your stomach so you don't eat as much. I chew gum to get over wanting to eat between meals. Good luck.
