WTF is wrong with this world, I don't get it. Are people really this stupid? And how did this brain surgeon manage to acquire a Ferrari and I don't have one!!

Was the car disabled? Stalled? WTF???? He had at least two minutes to get that Ferrari off the tracks. Instead he called 911. Classic!

bivenator 04-02-2009 03:09 PM

He was a brain surgeon or had brain surgery. In my most drunken state I bet I could still get my F-car off the f tracks.

ckissick 04-02-2009 03:14 PM

The news story should have focused on how such a moron came to be in possession of a Ferrari.

"The train hit it real quick..."

If only he didn't have cell reception, he would have been IN the car and removed himself from the human gene pool.

Stupid extra good cell phone coverage....

Just more proof positive that it takes absolutely no special skill or effort whatsoever in order to obtain ridiculous amounts of money in this world. There used to be a correlation between income level and work ethic years ago, but that correlation is completely gone today. All it takes is luck and/or an inherently sleazy composition / lack of ethical fiber (by being willing to rip other people off) in order to get rich.

Simply amazing. One can only hope he doesn't breed anytime soon.

UPDATE: Turns out the Ferrari driver is the owner of Automotive Concepts, the "number one source for Luxury Automobile Service in the Dallas - Fort Worth area." Hilariously, his company bio states "[Jeff Sabold] has a passion of not only taking care of your luxury vehicle, but doing it right the first time."

HardDrive 04-02-2009 03:58 PM

What if it was a clients car?!?!?!?!

What a dumbass.

Aurel 04-02-2009 04:12 PM

The fact that a moron like that can own a ferrari gives me some hope that maybe some day I too will own one :D. Nah, scratch that. He must have bought it after pulling equity from his overpaid mansion with zero down that is now in foreclosure.

enzo1 04-02-2009 06:39 PM

That was in my area!!!

Naw, he would have stayed in the car:p

mattdavis11 04-02-2009 08:05 PM

Wow. He wasn't just drunk, he was obliterated. Mansfield (where he thought he was) is not very far from Dallas, Greyson county is 75 miles away in the opposite direction.
