The split fan shroud is a great idea. I chose to cut my shroud at the top driver side (I'm right handed) just a bit so getting to the fan clutch bolts with a wrench isn't a pain. The cut out is basically half the size of my arm. I'm happy, it made a water pump job much more pleasurable.

Craigster59, I'd love to reserve a fan clutch hub, but I have spares. But then again, there are a lot of land cruisers in the fam damily that might be needing them in the coming months!

If only I can get my brothers fired up about their FJ60's and the lone 90 FJ62. They have enough of my extra parts to make a nice 2FE, or a humming 3FE, but won't.
