ok, ok.
i was pissed, but i realized i was being very petty. my dad has a beater JEEP SCRAMBLER. everytime i went home to visit, i would fix something. one trip new fender, another long trip, all new suspension. i slowly got it going. my dad, got the longblock rebuilt, it spun a bearing. he declined a head rebuild, so it was next on my list. my troll sister showed up and claimed it. she pulled up with a uhaul and trailer and effen claimed it!!! she had just called all sweet, and talked me out of my european mount elk head. horns and skull. a big one. i said yes.... deep down inside, i am a bit jealous, and pissed. but bottom line. (Step)dad's jeep he can do with it as he pleases... what a classic! |
I am no longer curious...

for history, here is her last car hobby sequence of events:
buy early 60's t-bird. perfect runner, 8/10 in looks. drive it home. horn no workie next day, pull steering wheel. break horn wire in steering column. park car for 5 years. lose steering wheel. need storage space. friend that manages local ford dealership gives her free space. leave car for another 5 years. friend gets laid off, calls her to get car. she doesnt, abandones it. it gets scraped. i help her move to portland...i find steering wheel. |
