Blood pressure monitor recommendation

can anyone recommend an inexpensive but accurate product to monitor blood pressure? preferably something you have used long term with good results and that is electronic?

thanks

Lose 10#, reduce your intake of salt and fat... exercise more.....

I have an Omron bpm which is probably 15 years old.. digital..

And its results are comparable to the column of mercury in the Doctors office.

I check my blood pressure just before I visit my Dr...

The Omron is always very close to to the Dr's gauge

Couple years ago I bought a wrist model from somewhere like Walmart. I just pulled it out of the drawer - Omron hem609. I took BP daily for a while. I used biofeedback principles to lower my BP by checking it often and trying to lower my BP by thought process. It seemed to work. I no longer take the BP pill my doc had me on and I have a good BP everytime I get checked. I had previously had high BP my whole life. I find it easier to ignore stress now. No longer use the thing - maybe it was all coincidence?

I just looked on Amazon and they sell this exact model for 69.73 +SH. I'll send mine to you for half that if you want it $35 + $5 for shipping. It worked well and I don't need or use it any more.
