You can still buy .22LR by the 5,000-round block on gunbroker.com right now. It's going up in price though.

yeah, because jerkoffs are buying it all up from all the online retailers then putting it on gunbroker.

I hope soon supply catches up and these guys get stuck with boxes they can't sell...

They have one every 6 months and a lot of stuff didn't reach the reserve and got passed in - so the items may be back again for the next auction. I'm happy to look at things, and maybe organise someone with more knowledge than myself, to do an apraisal.

Thanks for the positive feedback on the Browning guys :)

I have looked through their catalog before...I also look at the OZ catalog. I have bought sevral items from them previousily.

I would appreciate it if someone who has some knowledge would be able to look at their stuff.

I'm pleased to help. Let me know next auction what sort of things you want looked at and I'll find the right person to apraise the stuff.

I would rather not shot then pay those stupid prices. Everyone is trying to resell ammo or trying to hoard it thinking they will never be able to buy is again.

I've stocked up at various online retailers, and am looking for more. But I shoot regularly. The gunbroker prices are at least 2x the going rate for retail with the caveat being that you have to find the retail stuff in stock. I just check my usual places and have email notifications on my favorite brands/calibers. I buy a lot, shoot a lot, and never hoard or resell. I think ammo karma will catch up with those that are trying to make a quick buck while keeping people who actually want to *use* the ammo from buying it.

I try to keep 400-500 .45 on hand and haven't had a problem finding ammo as long as I'm willing to go down to Hinesville to get it.

Nice looking Browning!
