				Elephant Racing Purchases

My wife was going through our year end credit card statement and saw a few purchases under "Elephant Racing". Her question to me was, " I know you get involved in some pretty foolish things but where do they have elephant races around here?" My 15 year old son then got pretty excited thinking I was on to something until I explained to them what "Elephant Racing" is. Chuck whatever you do, don't open up a new place and call it "Mustang Ranch", because my wife will never believe that one. Tom

Too funny....A similar event happened to my in laws. My Mother in Law grocery shops at the Mt. Lebonan Sparkle....and it shows up on the Credit Card Statement as Mt. Lebonan Spa. As he reviewed the statements and realizing how much she spent at the "Spa" confronted her about her "Spa" addiction. He has not lived it down to this day!!

A couple years ago, a bunch of us Colorado PCA guys were buying our track tires from Arizona shop called Topless Performance. I am not making this up...and one fella's wife went ballistic when she saw $900 VISA charge to that AZ establishment in the same timeframe as an out of town event. Not that going to strip joints are bad thing but certainly looked like a lot of special dances were purchased. YMMV

Same here. My credit card company called after they saw the Elephant Racing charge against my credit card. It didn't fit my car addictive profile. RIck | ||

i still catch crap from a place called "kitty's". in real life it is a bar in oakland that serves great cuban sandwiches and fantastic drinks. in my wife's mine, it is way more sinister.

The whorehouses in Bangkok all have credit card names like "ABC Supermarket", "ABC Electronics" etc., so that the wife will never have a problem with your credit card statement. So I have been told.
