Rent a Car Wisdom
Over the years have rented lots of cars ..No problem..till now
I rented a car from a Chain A$%^& all went well the 1 st mile and it started to over heat. I pulled into a place called them... they had it towed (it was 8 pm @ night ) Next Am I called brand x to see about them bringing out a new car..they said I had WREKED it !! $%^ &**and would not bring a car so I took a taxi back to the rent a car agency to try to exonerate my self WOW !! I spent 1/2 a day trying to prove otherwise I was accused of running it into a field / ditch and something had popped up and hit the lower part of the radiator. Well after a 1/2 a day they figured out the car was not supposed to be rented as the previous customer had done this... WHEW............... Moral of the story, do not just inspect the outside of the car B4 leaving the lot but make sure the under side is all well too This could have been a bad deal as the ball seemed to be in their court !
