Man that is one sad looking ride.

Playa - you don't have a 911 dude. You have a 912.

porsche4life 05-18-2009 02:58 PM

Ya lone him your 912 all you want. Its not fast enough to get him in much trouble. You better not try to do the work yourselves from what I have read....

Update...my roomate now want to trade this in for a new Jeep Liberty. They have crazy deals on these right now $5000 off plus 0% finance and everything. He has the stock rimz for the Axiom and wants to mount his dubs on a new Liberty...how can I find out if the bolt pattern is the same?
Also is there anything he can do to make the engine quieter for trading it in?

Heel n Toe 05-20-2009 10:48 AM

So... you want us to help you and your friend hide the engine damage so you can rip off the dealer?

No.

maxnine11 05-20-2009 10:57 AM

I'm pretty sure the jeep uses a 5 bolt and the isuzu has a 6 bolt, so they won't work. google is your friend.

Playa76911S 05-20-2009 12:36 PM

He asked the shop that sold him the Dubz and they said the rims were a multi-fit so it will bolt right up good news! For him at least I still think Dubz are ugly.

As for trying to hide the engine problems well Isuzu made a crappy engine that lasts only 50000 miles and everybody on the web seems to have the same trouble with it...this dealer is the same Isuzu dealer he bought it from and is buyin the Liberty there too, they sell Chrysler and Jeeps too. Thats how he justifies it...giving Isusu back their own medicine. :D

Funny story behind that my roomate leased this Axium when it was new and never changed the oil till 10,000 miles but then when the lease was up they offered him to buy it for really cheap (like $8000) so he bought it. He changed the oil more often after that but I guess it was too late. he got served for negecting his ride LOL!

I seriously doubt if everybody on the web with an Axiom is having engine failure at 50,000 miles.

I bet it's just the dumbazzes that don't know it's important to do oil and filter changes.

creaturecat 05-20-2009 01:13 PM

Put banana peels in the engine. Fixed my hooptie for a buck 69 a lb.

Rikao4 05-20-2009 01:24 PM

pretty sure those shiny things are RENT-To-OWN ,
as are the tires...

Naw he owns the Dubz. And chill about the dealer trade in...the dealer is closing (bankrupt) in the middle of june anyway so it dont matter.

He just singed a 60 month note at 0% for 300 benjis a month! This Chrysler bankruptcy is makin for some off da hook deals I would visit a chyrsler jeep dealer if U need a new whip.

craigster59 05-21-2009 01:52 PM

Did you replace your "spellcheck" with "urban dictionary", yo?

TGTIW 05-21-2009 02:02 PM

I didn't think people actually spoke -or wrote- like that, and were actually serious about it.

Oh Haha 05-21-2009 03:00 PM

If you ever had or looked at some USA currency, and knew who the (dead) Presidents were, you'd realize what you just said works out to $30,000.00 per month.
Or is your friend trying to bail out that Chrysler dealership single handed ??
