Cat thread

yesterdays present when i woke up:
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1242465585.jpg keep in mind, my garden is surrounded with a with 5-6 foot wooden fence, over which Bubba had to drag that wabbit, then get it throug the cat flap somehow, keeping in mind that Bubba himself only barely fit's through it. Ok it's a young wabit, but it's not a baby anymore, that's a 5 pounder... Bubba on the left, Boris on the right http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1242465748.jpg I know it was Bubba, because Boris would have half eaten the Wabit , resulting in blood and guts throughout the house... Boris has an instinct limited to eating... he has seen hungry months before i "rescued" him, while Bubba never has been hungry, and as such just focusses on his killing instinct, and then looses interest. Bubba likes his food cooked, Boris just goes after anything he can get... even if it's in my plate, while i'm still eating...garbage can's or dead animals... all good too |

One of my neighbors lost their cat the other day, but it would still be around had it been inside or in its own yard. It's a shame people let them roam wherever.

NIMBY, according to my dog. Can't shake the instinct of an otherwise harmless puppy. She loves to hunt.

This one is Moggy. Sadly he died a week ago, but he certainly was Mr. Fun.

The mono-rail cat (Camille)
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1242504685.jpg She (left) and her brother (Rodin), about 9 months old http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1242504780.jpg Sadly, Rodin was killed in 2003, same day as the Columbia accident, and the day I met my wife. |

My wifes cat. I will claim her too though. One funny clever little turd. |
Les, she looks like a cat that used to come around to play withour cats. I never new (his) name but he seemed to suit the name Play Doh, so us and all the neigbours call him Play Doh. He's a very malleable cat LOL.

Our most recent feline companion, showed up during Hurricane Rita in 2005. I wanted to name it Rita, but we learned early on he was a boy. So we named him Beau Rivage:
http://farm1.static.flickr.com/109/2...ee6ffd7355.jpg Here he is with Vinny, who died a couple of years ago (SNIFF!). We keep saying it's time to get Beau a new cat. Once we're settled in the new place, that's the plan. http://farm1.static.flickr.com/159/3...771d37d789.jpg |
The neighbors moved and left this guy on his own (some people) would see him once in a while for about 3 months. Then one day while working in the garage he walked in all messed up and plopped down and seemed to say can you help me ? Been a great friend for the last 10 yrs
