That is when I got my 1st Nikes too, same ones:D Anyone remember or have Awesome Shoes, when the Van Doran brothers split, one of them started it. Looked like Vans, but different colors and a much better incert & softer sole.. Worked even better for BMX than Vans |

Talking about shoes, anyone remember wallabees?
Had to have three pairs. one good one for dates, one decent pair for school, and one ratty pair with duct tape holding the sole on for running around. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1242844638.jpg Here's another blast from the past: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1242844693.jpg |

I think mainly because my a$$clown BIL always wore them. |
Convere Jack Purcells...have 3 pairs of those and several pairs of low top chucks.
Pumas are pretty sweet, too. And of course checkered vans slip ons are timeless. I own a pair but they don't look good on me. I wear chucks or purcells pretty much every day when I can. One thing that sucks about converse kicks is how wet your feet get. |
So my young wife bought me a pair of Ferraris.
Not sure how I feel about them, but they sure are comfortable. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1242870865.jpg |
Very metro.
