cgarr 05-21-2009 06:58 AM

Ran it twice here! 78 was one of my best years!

Gogar 05-21-2009 08:50 AM

Come on! That's a classic.

Shatner's one of my favorites, because he doesn't take himself seriously. He's trying not to crack up the whole time.

a buddy of mine was VERY upset with others in his college dorm. He found a copy of Leonard Nimoy's album on CD, borrowed some LOUD stereo equipment, set the CD on repeat, turned up volume to 100%, and left for the weekend. End of loud music in the dorms!!!

+1.

Some folks around here just don't appreciate fine culture when they see it... ;)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Transformed_Man

The Transformed Man is actor William Shatner's debut album, released in 1968, while the original Star Trek series, in which he starred as Captain James T. Kirk, was still on the air.
..........The album is best remembered for showcasing Shatner's now-famous vocal style—spoken word with dramatic pauses and flourishes.
........The album is often described as one of the worst albums ever released.
