Question Video help!!

My friend shot some in-car video today...With the camera mounted upside down

Is there a utility that will rotate the video 180° so it can be enjoyed without me standing on my head?

thanks

KT

Windows Movie Maker will do it.

Or this;

I can't figure out how to make WMM work for video.
I see it has a rotation feature for stills.
Can you help me?

I'm downloading the other program now.

Thanks

Just turn your monitor upside down...or tell everyone you were at the track...in China.

Sorta related: Installed a security camera on a building one day recently, then climbed back up the ladder with my portable LCD monitor to test camera before plugging in to the building. Crap! According to my monitor, I had hung the camera upside down (no indicators on most security cameras telling you which way is up).

Climb down the ladder, put down the monitor, get my tools, climb back up the ladder and re-mount the camera right-side up. Go back up with my test monitor and everything looks good. Plug the camera into the building wiring and go inside to get the clients approval. Log-in to the DVR and....picture is upside down.

Apparently, while on the ladder, I had been holding my test monitor upside down the entire time.

Should be able to click on 'Import video' to get a clip into the program.

You can rotate video clips in Windows Movie Maker by doing the following:

1. Import the video clip into Windows Movie Maker.

2. Drag the imported video clip and drop it onto the timeline.

3. On the Tools menu, click Video Effects.

4. To rotate the video clip to the right, drag the Rotate 90 video effect and drop it onto the movie on the timeline.

-or-

To rotate the video clip to the left, drag the Rotate 270 video effect and drop it onto the movie on the timeline.

5. On the File menu, click Save Movie File and follow the instructions in the Save Movie Wizard.

Or watch this...
